     LEGAL ASSISTANCE

 

  • Intake with CRW staff regarding your legal needs. Please let us know immediately upon becoming a member, whether you believe you have been vaccine injured and if so, when.
  • Referrals to appropriate lawyers for your case including lawyers in the following areas: Employment/Human Rights, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Employment Insurance, Disability Insurance, Vaccine Injury Support Program, etc.
  • Administrative assistance in preparing your initial paperwork before sending your case to our referral lawyers.
  • Access to legal education seminars and information

 

 

PLEASE NOTE – depending on where in Canada your lawsuit must be started, there will be a limitation period commencing from the date that you knew or ought to have known you suffered injury or a breach. If you believe you may have a lawsuit related to COVID19 and the response to it, please immediately advise us upon becoming a member. CRW will not be responsible for your failure to notify us immediately upon becoming a member whereby a delay may affect your ability to commence a lawsuit. Once your case is referred to the appropriate lawyer, CRW has no further involvement in your case.

As a member, you will be included in monthly zoom meetings with other members where you will be kept apprised of CRW activities and can ask questions about your situation.
